I contacted ADS ITsupport on Monday after the operating system crashed on my ageing PC.
By Thursday, having fully discussed both my business & home IT requirements, I had a new system built and up & running.
As a small business I am well aware of having to keep costs down and ADS helped me achieve this by using some existing hardware where possible whilst offering clear & open pricing options on new hardware.
All my files had been backed-up, with practical advice on how I could get the most out of my new system. Software was updated, new & improved anti-virus & spyware added and home network correctly set-up.
The speed & stability of the new system is very impressive and (as far as is practical) designed to be able to be flexible to any changing future requirements.
Most importantly for me is the high level of customer support (not least with dealing with the effects of those wonderful Microsoft updates!!) and reflects Tony's approach to his business - total customer focus.
I can honestly say that using ADS ITsupport has not only improved how I work but my family are enjoying the benefits on a daily basis of the work carried out by Tony.

I have in the last nine months had occasion to use the services of A.D.S. I.T SUPPORT on three un-related issues.
For two of the problems, Mr Syddall accessed my computer remotely and I was up and running again in no time.
The other issue I had meant that my laptop required some attention. On the evening in question I was pushed for time and Tony, as I have now come to call him, drove over to my home and picked it up. He returned it to me a couple of days later, it was spotless and running as fast as it was when I first bought it.
Over the years I have used a number of I.T companies, but haven’t found any as competitive, fast or friendly.

I decided to speak to ADS IT Support following a recommendation from a friend.
I wanted to do some home music recording and so had some quite specific requirements and needed a lot of advice.
After discussing my requirements both for the home recording and normal home use Tony provided a quote for a bespoke PC.
